can i hook up my zx750.1 kicker amp to 8 gauge wires?

if so what size fuse do i need? and im hooking the amp up to 2-12" kicker comp cvr subs if that helps answer the question.

What I would do is run 4 gaugethen usingg a distribution block run 8 gauge because you are taking the load off you electrical system, but if you plan adding any more subs upgrade to a 2 gauge then repeat the above.

8 guage would work but 4 guage would be the better way to go....but dont get me wrong you could use 8 guage..
