can i connect bass blockers in the wiring harness that connects to the head unit?

i dont know how to connect them to the speaker because since they are factory high performance speakers, they have 4 wires that connect to the speaker. it has 2 positive and 2 negative. can you connect the bass blockers to the head unit wiring harness?
