Can Any One Tell Me Anything About Nepalese Culture?

I work at a youth centre and we have a lot of young Nepalese boys in, however I don't know anything about their culture and feel like I should learn so I can interact with them )

There's not a lot to know. It's incredibly poor, it's very isolated and it's freezing.

It is home to the highest peak in the world though.

Nepalese culture is hugely diverse since the Nepalese people come from many ethnic groups but, in general, they are a mixture of Hindu/Buddhist, place a high value on politeness and respect, are very generous and are very kind and sensitive. Nudity is not accepted in public, nor revealing clothing, touch is ok in a friendly sense but public displays of intimacy are regarded as inappropriate. They are generally quite shy but very sociable.
