My daughter has a form of Autism and was in a contained classroom at a DODs school in Germany. Two days ago the school called me to pick her up, because she had an outburst in the private transportation car. She has had outburst in school and in the car about a year ago and we pushed through not having any problems until two days ago. The school has now dropped her transportation and says she can no longer go to the school. There is not another school that she can go to, so they are basically refusing to let her have an education. Can they do this Legally?
