Christopher from St. Paul MN. have been with their service when they were voicestream, because my cousin signed me up under his name. Switched to nextel for some reason, biggest mistake of my life. That lasted 6 months. Then switched back to tmobile. hmmmm started with them back in 01. I have to say their customer service has fallen a little bit, but its is still better than nextel/sprint. Had the Sidekick 3 and it turned out to be crap. so after my year ended upgraded to 8320. Dont think I will be turning away from BB for a while. Way better reception and net speed.

I just got the Curve 8320. Been with t-mbl for three years now, they offer the most for your dollar. Prior phone was Motorola V600.
I wanted a combination phone & PIM. The Curve is both of these & a great deal more. What a device.
I am so glad I got the 8320, & with a good deal thru t-mbl service.
I'm enjoying my new Curve & this web site; so informative.

Hey guys. My name is Sylvester, and i'm from Detroit, MI. I use a 8100 and I love it. I wish there were more programs out for the blackberry, but I sitll love it. I think tmobile is one of the best providers for service because of their pricing and plans. Their days plan for blackberry is excellent, considering they don't have a data limit on their plans.

I switched from Nextel to T-mobile for the price. So far everything has gone well. I travel a lot and work in the gulf of Mexico. My second home is in Brazil SA.

Been with T-Mobile for 5 years now - awesome service, cheap international roaming, the ability to unlock their phones and are cool people. ATT sucks compared to them. GSM all the way.
 
Warms my heart guys that everyone is saying that customer service is great because that is my awesome job. I work at a call center and I love my 8100 and its the all purpose amazing phone. Every call I get about the damn iphone I push the BB and all its glory. Our data plan bar none is the best for its price and myfaves is revolutionary. Share the love for the mobile!
 
HI I am Steve from NJ have been with T-MO since 1997 ( Omni point then). I added the H@H this past August with the Nokia 6086, (promo $9.99 / month) and really like it, works very well, so well I ported home phone number to Tmo. I wanted a REAL phone so I got the 8320 about 6 weeks ago. Gave 6086 to wife to use. Hopefully we will see a new Pearl soon for TMO and will upgrade wifes 6086 then.
I have had zero problems with TMO over the years.

I've had a 8703e on Alltel, a 7520 on Nextel and a Pocket PC 6700 on sprint.

Where I work everyone either has an 8703e or a 7103e. Having a pearl has been everything I was hoping. I had wanted a Pearl for a long time and got it about Four months ago.

I went with T-Mobile because their plans are reasonably priced and I got the Pearl for free!!!

been with t-mobile for a little over 2 months now. their customer support is great. call quality is a bit inferior to sprint (switched after 8 years), but worth it for the pricing. uma is a lifesaver considering my house is a dead zone for most carriers. just disconnected my home phone.
