Buell Blast or Kawasaki Ninja 250 for beginner rider who is 5"4?

I really think the Ninja 250 looks better and I want it but I'm worried it won't fit me : (
do you guys think I'll be able to place both feet on the ground? I'm 5"4

I'll be taking the MSF course soon
 
My choice would be the ninja.. See your local dealers and sit on different ones...size wise that is... Kawasaki is a very reliable brand.. Dont overlook a 400cc ..
