Brittany Murphy - RIP - Your favourite Brittany movies

I just found out she did the voice of Luanne in King of the hill. I had no idea.
I know that's not a movie but i had no idea she was apart of one of America's long running animated series.

I have only see her in Just Married and 8 Mile. She was good in eight mile. I haven;t heard much from her in the last couple of years. I forgot how pretty she was.

She was a great actress. I love "Uptown Girls" and "Girl Interrupted" - they're two of my favourite films.

Plus she was great in "Sin City" and "Clueless".

She was a very unique actress.

You didn't need to say anything at all, if you were to come in and bring the thread down.

Are you blind? The thread says Your favourite Brittany movies, it doesn't take a genius to work out that this is a tribute theme thread.

You remind me of those people at a funeral who, if asked to come up and say something in tribute, will instead bleat on about some degrading rubbish, just say seated, and zip it.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Back to topic, my favourite film with her was Just Married, it was a light fun film that I remember smiling about alot and she had a great smile.

It's a shame, a sad loss when someone losses their life at such a young age, but I was never a big fan. I'm not going to wax lyrical about how I enjoyed her movies and this and that, because I never wanted to see a movie just because she was in it. Afterward she never left me awe struck, wanting to talk about her performance with everyone in the days following. Equally her music was ok, but nothing special.

Sad loss, but I'm not false enough to make it out that I'm devastated. I didn't know her, and I won't make it out that what she featured in made me think it was something special; a standout of the past 30 years in movies and music.

A sad loss for someone so young, but it happens all the time.

JEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESUS!

And you chose her death and a thread where people are celebrating her to say this?

What kind of a morbidly deluded high horse, no Donkey, are you floating in on?

I always did think she had something special, so I was pleased when she got the lead in 'Just Married' and '8 Mile'.

Fantastic performances in 'Girl, Interrupted', 'Drop Dead Gorgeous', 'Don't Say A Word', 'Sin City', and 'Just Married'. All very different roles as well, and she fit them all perfectly. A great actress, very sad to hear she's passed away.

What do you want me to say?

Do you want me to say a load of crap?

Look it's sad, but she was nothing special imo. Do you want me to make out she was or something? I can understand you started this thread, but she was just another actress at the end of the day, do you think she'd get all sentimental and teary eyed at your death, or anyone on here? She wasn't special or unique as far as her career goes. I suppose you don't agree though, since you started this thread?

JEEEEEEEESUS to yourself.
