Britannia High is really good!

Haha quite possibly. I like all the characters bar Lola, she grates on me. I also found it very soap opera as opposed to the realness of BB's episode if that makes sense

If any of you are intrested you can download 'the start of something' for free from itunes - link to itunes store at the top. http://www.itv.com/Drama/family/BritanniaHigh/default.html

no problem, shame adams site is no longer there, as he used to be really good about updating what hes up to etc, (though it was mainly blogs from the theatre projects he did etc, for instance sat night fever and wicked etc,) plus it used to be good to see what theatre shows etc he was in next as he is brilliant live on stage, seen him a few times

I loved it. Sad to see this was probably the last episode. I was on Wikipedia and I know it's hardly realiable but it said the cast was supporting Girls Aloud on the Out Of Control tour? Is that true?

I though Claudine would be like 'pick me, pick me' and Lauren would be like 'I've to much to deal with to do this right now' and Danny would then realise that Lauren needed him more and Claudine was mean. But I guess I was wrong lol.

I wasn't overly impressed by the first part of the show, I felt it was rushed and too contrived that those 6 main characters would automatically be thrown together. I enjoyed the rest of it though.

I soooo agree. Feel-good TV is in short supply. The cast are great, the stories are uplifting and Mitch Hewer is THE hottest thing on TV. Yay!

BTW - Any Jez fans out there yet? Wondering if everyone just fancies Mitch? I think they're both hot. ;)

That guy from Danny's miming during this clothes-changing scene is also rather awful.

But then again, trying to differentiate how dreadful his miming is from his acting is a difficult thing to behold being that both go invariably hand-in-hand.

LOL. Sure he's a nice bloke really but my view of him is a bit coloured by the way he seems to treat people round here... I had a chorus part in the local am-dram production of Oliver! a few years ago which his parents theatre crew ran... Low and behold, he's Oliver half the time and his sister was Nancy. Whereas the other boy playing Oliver/the other boys in the 'crew' mixed with us chorus lot he kept himself to himself and didn't bother to talk to anyone who didn't have a speaking part. TBH though I think his parents are a bit... you WILL be an actor!
