Breaking in Kicker CVR subwoofers?

i just bough 2 10" kicker CVR's and i was wondering how should i break them in?
 
drive them with 75-80% rated power for one week to relax the rubber surround, then beat them like you stole them and enjoy!! Remember, they are under warranty.
 
jus do what i did keep the bass low and boom them jus not to much for attleast a couple of weeks then beat the hell out of them

i got the same subs but they r 12
