i bought a bike from sports direct for my 6 year old son..and it is of such low quality that its unbelievable.. i emailed them to complain abt it (btw they dont have a single fone number on their site)..well i emailed and they mailed back call this number its the manufacturer ..well the manufacterer said we cant return it email sports direct back..after that i have literally been mailing them everyday... but they dont answer my mails... i have been sending 2 mails a day for the past week but no answer/... im really surprised n shocked at this as sportsdirect arent exactly a small company that they mess around with me like this.. i just needed some advice now as what to do now...can i do anything abt this legally or do i take it with a biggg pinch of salt n leave it.i really dont want to mmy son iss sooo upset plz reply asap.. thanku
