Books on Evolution to Educate a Creationist?

I'm looking for a book about evolution to give to a Jehovah's Witness. It has to be written (and researched) well enough to be convincing, while still being simple and interesting enough to hold the attention of an uneducated religious zealot.

For months this woman has been pushing her anti-evolution literature on me, and it's time I reciprocated. I have a biology degree, but this woman couldn't possibly comprehend a college text or peer-reviewed journal.

There must be some good books available for someone of her limited education. I think she can handle 11th or 12th grade material. She can read at that level, but she has no science education at all. Any suggestions?

"Evolution for dummies" could be it, except she may take it at face value and claim you call her a dummy.
Jehovah's Witnesses are strict literalists, i.e. they claim everything in the bible is textually true (that there was a flood, that 2 of every animals on the planet was on Noah's arc, and so on), that there are 144000 places in heaven, that blood transfusion are forbidden because the bible says so. Not only the bible is 100% true, but ALL the truths are in the bible, one way or another.
How can you possibly bring about someone who is, fundamentally and from the start, totally closed to arguments that run against the bible?

If you really want to try it, the first step could be to access the "skeptic's annotated bible" ( sorry can't post link, Yahoo is paranoid today and is preventing it ), find some real blatant contradiction, and see what she has to say. If she cannot admit a contradiction, you then have two choices

1- claim that god created the world as she claims he did in 6 days 6000 years ago, but that he also created lots of already million of years old artifact and fossils, and a coherent evolutionary mechanism, which is presented as a divine inspired test for us to make sense of and prove ourselves to demonstrate our deductive capability
2- wait several thousands of years for her bloodline to evolve out of that religious fanaticism

If you manage to get through, do share how you did it...
