Are there any books out there about common etiquette and manners?
For instance... Random little manners that your parents or a school for that sort of thing might teach you... Like... "Hold the door for another person going into the same place as you."
Just a book about random little tips like that... I'm curious about what people perceive to be the common standard of manners.
Also: How do address people when you first meet them in a polite way... Etc... Instead of "Hey, what's up?" Things like that. Like... Stand up from your seat and shake their hand and ask for their name or something.....
