Bobcat mower 13HP Kawasaki issue?

Hi, I have Bobcat mower with 13HP Kawasaki, everything worked fine and all of the sudden this started -when I start the mower it works fine but when I lower the RPMs to slow it then starts to choke its like id doesn’t get fuel or something it runs then second after is slows (almost dies) them jumps back -On the high RPMs it works fine but just idealing or running is on slow -put it this way when I slow it to slowest the mower jerks and the engine jump up and down like it chokes or starves for gas
What could it be please help (I already replace fuel and air filter and checked spark plugs and they good

I have heard of recalls on some of the Kawasaki engines used in that type of equipment. You might want to check the website to see if any apply to your model.
