Blue Dragon question: Why did Viz change the OP and ED?

First of all, I know that dub studio have to edit the ED when it airs on television for time, but those that don't edit the music, the ED music is still the same. But still an edit.

I took your advice, and I watched the ending of episode 31 of the original and the dub, and compaired them. Here is what I saw:

It used 3 pieces of music.

1) Battle scene music when Jiro and Szabo fought

2) The victory music when the other congratulate Jiro on his victory

3) The serious music when Logi and Delphinium have a conversation about the heros getting stronger.

Music 1 and 3 is the same, while music 2 is changed.

Actully IMO, the first OP is the worst of the 4 OP. It has a good chorus, but not that great. The other OP from the two series are way better. The best one is OP 2 in series 1. That is a master piece in both the animation and music. Only thing I can nip pick is one major character was only shown for a split second.

Really guys your bashing the dub a bit to much, it's not that bad besides the edits. The voices are fine and actually there is nothing the characters said that I found really that durab.

The only complaints I have are the flashing when someone gets punched by a kid and eh I could care less for the fan service. Actually the fan service episodes are probably the episodes that are the ones that you guys probably are mostly complaining about. Everything else is basically kept in for the story and what not, it's not like Viz edited anything big and jaw dropping.

And believe it or not, the dub is the version that I liked and enjoyed even with the crud of edits that I got. Once I'm done with the current series that I'm watching, I would love to jump on the rest of the series.
