Big 3 upgrade questions?

I went to my local car shop to talk to them about the big 3 upgrade. He told me that I should only need to upgrade one of the wires, I believe he said from the alternator to the battery. He said the other 2 should be at 4gauge already. He said he'd upgrade the wire for like 60 bucks. The other shop didn't say anything about that and said they'd do all 3 for 100.

What should I do?
