Sound quality is subjective therefore this question cannot be answered.
Many aspects also effect what would be the "best" subwoofer for your application, like your deck, amplifier, box design and size.
You're much better off listing your current stereo, and your budget and your goal. Judging by the brands you listed, you have done little research and just want something loud and chrome plated.
I can name a dozen subwoofers that are louder and sound better than any of those for half of those said woofers retail price.

All of this is assuming you will purchase or construct a proper size and tuned enclosure, and assemble it properly. And also use a quality amplifier in pair with it.
