Best Drummer

Out of the drummers listed I would say Danny Carey, but I would like to add Michael Thomas from BFMV, excellent drummer wether you like the band or not.

You're a noob at spelling and grammar. And much longer??? rofl yeah two months is an eternity.

Neither do I about anyone's posts. What's it like to constantly feed people's mouths?

lol. Nice:laughing:
One day we'll take over the whole of rab and dedicate to DT.

I don't have any LTE CRAB yet. They seem pretty hard to find. What is their best one ?

He is by NO MEANS BAD. I have been druming for about 9 years and he is actually a VERY talented drummer. Of coarse there is a huge gap in being very talented and the best.

They are very talented and yes that play some crazy time signatures and odd beats but there are many aspects of drumming that are just as difficult that jazz does not require them to know. Just like guitar, many people master a type of music, but that leaves god knows how many others out.

I seriously disagree, sure playing in different styles is impressive, but some styles are simply more dificult to master than others, of course every genre requires talent of some kind, but jazz just requires more precison and complexity, especialy in the drumming, you may not notice it because some jazz drummers dont let it all come out like say Keith Moon or John Bonham, but what they do is MUCH harder to copy than you think.

Anyone can dabble in different styles for maybe one song, anyone can learn a few blues licks here, a few jazz licks there, maybe one flamenco lick, but that dosent make you versatile.

Not saying Carey isnt versatile, but hopefuly you will get my point, Cobham is a master of his respected genre, some consider him the best jazz drummer around.
