Could you name me some good UK made crime films that I could buy off iTunes some time

I am also looking at buying the Phil Collins film Buster

I want to know wether you think it is any good

Buster is good, but it's a love story not a crime film.

It's an old film but IMO one of the best is Sweeney 2. It's a lot like the TV show unlike the first film.
I agree regarding the Long Good Friday. It is a classic. Watch this one and don't wait for the remake they have plans to make.

I'll list a few for your consideration. Not saying that they're good, bad or indifferent though :D There's a couple of classics in there though :)

Lock Stock
Snatch
Rocknrolla
Layer Cake
Going Off Big Time
The Crew
The Italian Job
The Bank Job
Gangster No.1
Shooters
The Krays
Sexy Beast
Face
Love, Honour and Obey
Outlaw

Get Carter
The Long Good Friday
Brighton Rock
The Day of the Jackal
The Third Man
Tread Softly Stranger
The Italian Job
Coupier

Worth considering:
The Ipcress File
Funeral in Berlin
The Lavender Hill Mob (black comedy)
The Ladykillers (black comedy)
Traffik (mini series)
Edge of Darkness (mini series)

I still don't know whether I liked He Who Rides a Tiger, The Squeeze, and The Bank Job (great film poster, tho), but I recommended those to other people.

My choices would be:

Lock Stock
Snatch
Rock'n'Rolla
The Bank Job
The Ladykillers
The Lavender Hill Mob

I know he gets a lot of stick, but I like Guy Ritchie's movies (well, the ones I've mentioned above). Some of the dialogue is brilliant, and very funny.

One particular scene in Snatch with Tyrone as the getaway driver cracks me up every time: "Get that dog off my seats". "Tyrone, this is a stolen car" etc etc :D.

To be honest I don't think any of those count as "crime" films and Ipcress File and Funeral In Berlin are out and out spy films

Indeed. I love Rock'n'Rolla too, but Revolver was just wrong. I remember watching it and not having a clue what the hell was going on. But I'm not alone on that one from what I've heard.

Another good Guy Ritchie one (which is sort-of a crime film) is Mean Machine; although he didn't direct that, think he was just the Exec Producer. He always picks a good soundtrack too...
