I've been going to the park to train well slowly but surely I've had local kids coming up and hanging out with me, wanting to train with me and ask me questions (I usually have my dog with me too) I love hanging out with them and play lots of games and ask their questions as best I can.
But I worry I'm 24 and these kids are ranging from 6 to 15, I would never EVER hurt a child but one of the girls worries me she is becoming really attached to me and wants to hug me and often just stands beside me and hangs on to my shirt (she is 7) she went to sit on my lap and I thought if her parents came over and saw this strange woman with their child on her lap I'd end up with my face caved in, so I gave her this look like (don't do it) so she sat in front of me.
If you were a parent would you be worried?
I wonder about the parents the kids are always at the park when I go down there from (3pm til 6pm when it gets dark) and the parents are never there. I met the youngest girls dad and he said hi to me. Am I doing the right thing by giving these kids the attention they crave (being the big sister they want?)
Or should I stop or find somewhere else to train?
