Hey Ellen

and Susan.

R&J is my favorite movie. Baz did some serious work that I think would have made Shakespeare proud. I can hardly wait to see what he does with Alexander the Great.

Of course, MR was pretty good, too

Baz is amazing, i love everything he does, from Moulin Rouge to Romeo + Juliet, also the Chanel commercial was breathetaking.

Hello.

Maybe it's just 'cause I saw Zephirelli's (sp.?) version of Romeo and Juliet right before I saw the Lurhmann version, but I thought Romeo + Juliet was awesome. Luhrmann's very clever with cinematography, creativity, etc.

And ... yeah.

Ooh, that's awesome. I heard that he was doing a worldwide tour, not nation-wide. That'd be amazing if he took it to Philadelphia.

What doesn't Baz do?

Broadway, movies and music.

I'd buy another soundtrack for Moulin Rouge.

Speaking of music, who else has this CD ...

I really like the mix of songs available on it.

Otherwise he wouldn't be him. I love how he makes thinks so theatical. I wonder how he'll do it, will it be more realist?

My favorite Baz Lurhmann movie is Romeo and Juliet. I love how he came up with the idea of making the movie modern. I love how he uses guns instead of swords. I also like the the chemistry between Clarie Danes and Leonardo Dicaprio.
