Batman Begins Sequel

The 'kill the batman' line to the mob bosses is different too.You dont even see him taking his card out and hes brushing his hair while he says it.I wont spoil anymore but theres a lot of stuff that isnt explained in the film.Every scene apparantly goes by very quickly, theres no time to dwell on anything or take anything in.

If you're going to get a ticket I'd get ordering now if I were you... It might already be too late.

But, according to the SHH forums, they've pushed the release date forward a day to Thursday (the 24th), so you could save your money and just wait a few extra hours and see it the next day. Unless you really want that poster. :D

Lucky you - just as bad is the fact that they let in people long after the film has started so you'll be getting into the film & some gobby idiot comes in & shouts to her/his companion across the seats (cos they came in separate doors to make sure they could find a seat!) "OVER 'ERE!!", then sits right in front of you & happens to be 6'8"..............oh, just reminded myself why I don't go very often........:(

Will be looking for the BR disc of BB tho....

Been reading a few negative reviews spread out over this forum and dare I say some people are just trying to be contovertial? Fair enough not all people are going to like the same films but people saying TDK is the worst film they've ever seen obviously don't watch that many films.

Other complaints is the running time, these moaners are probably from the MTV generation who can't sit still for longer than an hour. Personally, when the credits rolled I thought "is that it???" as two & a half hours had flown by for me.

How odd. I looked at my local odeon and the only advance tickets you can book is for the 23rd of July for a 'Senior Screen' showing. Ah well on the bright side, you get free tea and coffee.

Hmm Mark Hamil. He'd certainly deserve the role after his good work in the animated series but he'd probably be too old, unless they can make him look younger or something.

Yep, I hope it does well over here too shady.

Some sites are already reporting that its broken Spidey 3's weekend record: o_O

'Dark Knight' sets weekend record with $155.34M

By DAVID GERMAIN
Associated Press Writer

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- A Warner Bros. executive says the Batman sequel "The Dark Knight" has taken in $155.34 million to top "Spider-Man 3" for best opening weekend ever at the box office.

The figures released Sunday show "The Dark Knight" more than $4 million ahead of the $151.1 million first weekend for "Spider-Man 3" in May 2007.

Studio distribution chief Dan Fellman says "The Dark Knight" also broke the "Spider-Man 3" record for best debut in IMAX large-screen theaters with $6.2 million. "Spider-Man 3" opened with $4.7 million in IMAX cinemas.

Jake Gyllenhaal (spelling?) is rumoured to play Harvey Dent, so the films could be interesting baring in mind Brokeback Mountain. It won't be long before people start saying stupid stuff about the Joker and Two-face. The internet brings out the worst in some people...

Erm guys? Have any of you taken a look in the IMDB "The Dark Knight" section of the Forum at the mo?

My God it's really scary right now:eek:! What the hell has "The Dark Knight" done to make them react in the way they are acting now I really don't know:confused:.

Thank God for this Forum! It may have it's flaws but it's most certainly much better and nowhere near as bad as that IMDB Forum:).
