Batman Begins Sequel

Who knows... maybe Talia will pop up another time? Hopefully played by Rachel Weisz- she suits the role well.

When I heard about Katie Holmes' character I thought of Rachel Caspian, Bruce's girlfriend from a comic book, and inspiration for Andrea Beaumont (from the batman cartoon movie). If you are familiar with Rachel C or Andrea then you'll know how similar they are to Rachel Dawes.
Minus the Phantasm/Reaper aspect, of course.

Well it's like Bale said, if anything it's a slap in the face to Heath's memory, and i'm not jumping on the Ledger dedication bandwagon, I just mean he's done the work and now they're going to change it. But they won't.

Just flicking through the music channels on Sky and MTV One are now showing the making of TDK! Don't worry if you're missing it as it's repeated on MTV One +1 at 1:30pm.

It seems like Batman: The Dark Knight will be nearly 3 hours long according to Dark Horizons website:

"Meanwhile early word on "The Dark Knight" is that Chris Nolan's cut clocks in at nearly three hours and it's unlikely to be cut down much further despite the studio's desire for a more manageable 150 minutes. Nolan's "Batman Begins" came in at 140 minutes so a slightly longer runtime for the sequel doesn't seem surprising and the immaculately conceived Devin Faraci over at CHUD thinks that, and I tend to agree, it'll probably come in at about 165 mins."

Hi. :)

Yeah, I'm the same. I'm not usually a big fan of superhero films either but I really like Batman. Probably because he's not 'super' at all. Just a guy with a lot of money and a lot of issues, lol.

I love Begins, and according to like every single review so far, The Dark Knight is meant to be better, so we're in for a treat. You've joined in at a good time, only a few weeks to wait. I've been waiting a few years, lol.

Gotta agree with you about Christian Bale as well. ;)

Also, I'm watching Batman Returns at the mo and I really hope Catwoman is in the next movie. I love the lust/hate relationship between her and Batman.

I don't listen to what Goyer says. Firstly Jonathan Nolan is more in control of writing now, Goyer is just a leftover from Batman Begins. Secondly, Goyer said he wanted
the Joker to scar Harvey Dent and make him Two-Face, and the Penguin to cameo as an arms dealer, but those haven't happened.

I'd like to know who exactly he has in mind for original villains that would fall in with Nolan's 'realism' aspect, because there really isn't hundreRAB like he says...
