Batman Begins Sequel

Hmm i stayed for a few minutes and saw NO DEDICATION.Dick you say it was there as the credits 'started to roll'.Maybe you got a differen print?

I wouldn't worry, I'm convinced The Dark Knight will build on Batman's relationship with Gordon AND Harvey Dent. The three of them will be working closely to bring down The Joker and/or the second villain (Black Mask? The Scarecrow? The Penguin? All rumoured)

Gordon has yet to rise to Commissioner status, and we all know what will happen to Dent. The good thing about this series is that it promises to progress on previous plots, in the way the comics do, but the last franchise didn't.

I like how Ledger's Joker doesn't seem to have a set look as far as the hair and makeup goes. I also like that it IS makeup and he hasn't actually got a white face, I think it makes him more insane, and it's more realistic. Although he has scarring (rumoured to be self-inflicted) underneath the makeup.

Brilliant - well worth it the PS3 - happy watching Steve!

Someone I works with mentioned Jonathon Ross gave the film an unfavourable review - I can't confirm that for definite cos I can't find it anywhere (have only googled it, but have no idea what I'm looking for). Can anyone else find it? I'd like to see it - he may have only said something constructive & I'd like to make sure before I get personal & fong him.:)

Producer on Batman Begins Charles "Chuck" Roven has been talking to Superherohype about the sequel The Dark Knight which is due in June 2008.He said "One of the things that we have always done--we did it with the first 'Batman movie in which we were involved, 'Batman Begins'" he explained, "[is] we don't comment on any rumors because it takes all the fun away."

He did however talk a little about Heath Ledger joining the cast. "We're really thrilled about Heath Ledger playing The Joker. As Chris Nolan said, the great thing about Heath is he commits himself fully and totally to everything he does. He's just a brilliant, brilliant actor and you know this Joker is a very interesting dark fellow."

How so we asked? "You're going to have to wait on that," Roven laughed.

As far as confirming who will be back for the sequel, he did confirm Christian Bale as we already know, but was very vague when it came to anyone else. "We are hoping, depending upon everyone's schedule and other aspects of what it is they want to do with their careers, that we're going to get most if not all of them who are alive back. Meaning "alive in the movie", not really alive

Does anyone know who the villain is supposed to be in the third film? I know Catwoman has been ruled out. Personally, I'd love to see Catwoman. She's never been done well though in any of the films, but I think it could be amazing if they managed to get the character right. I'm trying to think what other female villains they could have. Poison Ivy? Hmmm...she didn't really work in Batman & Robin though.
