BofA ran a hard credit report on my friend...only she never applied for it. Apparently BofA tried opening an account under her name for someone else

They lied about the limit. 50k for the account, but only 25k could come from a single card ON the account. We did all our transactions that month with a single business card

The fees weren't a problem...we had a great month obviously. That was just the easiest example of how shady they are. Everything has since switched to Citibank, and I couldn't be happier.
