Baby Looney Tunes or Loonatics? Which was more tolerable?

I'm aware that both shows are not very well liked. Plus I have a feeling it'll be moved, but I don't know where else to put it...

But the question is this: If you had to choose which one was somewhat enjoyable to watch, which one would it be? My pick is Baby Looney Tunes, and even then, I'll only watch some of the first season episodes. But as cute as it was, it really did have "Muppet Babies ripoff" written all over it more often than not.

Loonatics on the other hand, I couldn't watch it for more than 3 minutes. It's really that bad.

IMO both stank massively of lameness. I'd say Loonatics is superior (by a piffling amount mind you) but i hate both. Whereas the original Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies are good cartoons and classic examples of high quality animation.

You should have seen the second cycle of episodes, which was less Muppet Babies and tantamount to a tame version of Rugrats. The humor increased slightly, but it still wasn't Looney Tunes. On most days, I could never get past the syrupy theme song. But it was a much better show than Loonatics.

Loonatics had a better concept, but if they did it without the Looney Tunes panaches, it probably would have been a better show and lasted longer. But because the series was largely advertised in the mainstream media as "the new version of Looney Tunes," it wasn't well-received. It bombed. Badly. And it will never be seen again.

I would choose Baby Looney Tunes. While both shows weren't really that great to me either, at least Baby Looney Tunes was kind of cute and I would watch it sometimes for the fun of it. When I first heard about Loonatics, I thought that it was an interesting concept, but then I actually saw the series and I didn't like it at all.

If I had to choose one, I'll go with Baby Looney Tunes, if only I felt like it was watchable after season 2 came along. Loonatics sort of bored me and I didn't feel like there was anything redeeming about it.

Loonatics had the better concept; it might--repeat, might have worked if WB had gone with original characters instead of grafting imperfect duplicates of the Looney Tunes characters onto these prototypes and billing them as the 'next generation'. That, and the writing and overall presentation of Loonatics was sorely lacking; with a concept like that (mutated superheroes fight villainy in the future), you either present it as a straightforward serious action show, in which case you don't use Looney Tunes-esque characters at all, and if you do use LT look-and-act-alikes, you go with the other option, which is present the show as a straight comedy spoof a la Duck Dodgers or The Tick, with a lot of references and allusions to the classic shorts. Loonatics tried to be both of these things at once, and failed miserably.

Baby Looney Tunes just reminded me Muppet Babies lite, or a diluted, less original Rugrats. I couldn't get past the opening title sequence to sit through most of the episodes.

Baby, if only slightly, and because June Foray is awesome. The rest of the show can burn.

Loonatics astonished me with its boredom quotient. Pointless, boring fight scenes, dull writing, utterly wasted actors, and just a stain on the Looney Tune franchise.

I actually thoroughly enjoyed Baby Looney Tunes and it will always stand as being one of my favorite cartoons through my middle school days. Loonatics, on the other hand, was pretty darn brutal. It was impossible for me to sit through an entire episode of that show.

I say Baby Looney Tunes just because I have never seen Loonatics. Not saying that it was good, but I did watch it a few times with my younger brother who liked it when it first came out.

Baby Looney Tunes was no Looney Tunes (not even a Looney Tunes for babies, really) but it was cute, rather sweet, and un-offensive.

Loonatics, on the other hand...

Loonatics for me. The humor really didn't do it for me in Baby Looney Toons wheras with Loonatics I actually managed to watch the whole first season. The second theme song was just plain horrible though.

I think there was a lot of potential with Loonatics but they just didn't exploit it enough.

I'd say Loonatics. I could never sit through an episode of Baby Looney Tunes, but Loonatics was alright. Still, It was very bland, and could have been better.

The second season of loonitics was actually pretty decent. It became more loyal to Looney toons and less of a constant slap in the face. Problem is by then most people stopped watching.

I prefer Baby Looney Toons. It's childish take on the characters actually made me enjoy even though as time went on I stopped watching it. Loonatics wasn't something I enjoyed too much.

Eh, I'd have to say that BLT is a tad more tolerable, only because I used to watch it when I was younger (of course, now I question why), while "Loonatics" never caught my attention.
