matured economies won't expand much beyond productivity increases (which level over time) without increased population. believe it or not, it's in the country's best economic interest to keep growing
 
No, the supreme court ruled in US v. Wong Kim Ark (1898) that the parents have to have a permanent residence and conduct business (as in, living and working and being a productive member of society) in the US.

And I expect in Illegal Aliens v. Arizona (2011), they will rule that it has to be a LAWFUL permanent residence.
 
well since the federal government isn't doing shit to take care of the illegal immigration issue, someones gotta do it
 
Cost us about $5000 with architectural shingles. It's a local company that a builder my wife works with always uses. People down the street are paying $6000+ for regular shingles from some company that came door to door after we had a tornado. The idiots signed a contract with him and now he is saying he won't get to them until September Our roof was on within 4 days of contacting our local guy
 
Who are you to judge? If it's ok for foreigners to sneak across our borders illegally and pick lettuce for 35
 
that's like someone stealing something from you and claiming its rightfully theirs because possession is 9/10 of the law
 
Illegals will also have to pay tuition if they enroll their children in public schools.

When the employer crackdown started happening a few years ago (under Napolitano) a ton already left for CA, TX and elsewhere.
 
So interpreting the second amendment to apply to private citizens is plain English, but interpreting the 14th amendment to apply to the children of immigrants is not?

So we wait when it does ? Then what wait for federal help that was promised decades ago lol ? Would not be surprised if Mexico has war lords controlling districts.....wait they already do. They already make little incursions into border towns to kill rivals.
 
Smarter than you think. And I'm telling you, the constituion does not award citizenship to illegal aliens.
