and thats the problem that Arizona is trying to fix. do you not see anything wrong with them exploiting this law to its fullest?

and pregnant women dont travel on foot across deserts. they are coming here for the specific reason of having that mutt and thats fucked up/

They'll probably die before even getting older given the living conditions that caused the parents to leave to begin with. As for the question of kids being better off by staying with the parents when they are deported, that's amusing if you understand why they left Mexico to begin with.

The kids are usually far better off than they would be by staying in the U.S. and getting support.

Haven't any of you actually done research on this or read interviews of illegal mexican families? Do your homework if you haven't, because it's very clear why this issue is so serious.

NOBODY even cares about the constitution now - yeah maybe they never did but now they're not even bothering with paying lip service to it.

I agreed with them on their last law, but I disagree with this one. Born in the US = citizen, as far as I'm concerned.

agreed. i would never move to russia (because i love hot chicks and vodka) and expect not to have to learn to speak russian ...

I personally think that's a stupid tradition but it is US tradition to grant citizenship to anyone born here, making exceptions to things like this is something hardcore liberals would do.

For reference, how easy is it to get into and stay in other countries illegally? If I couldnt go live in Canada illegally, Mexicans should not be able to stay here.

If he wants to get high, and getting high would improve his life from his perspective, then who are you to judge the means by which he's bettering his own life?

it is a pain in the ass but not so much because it's complicated. more like time consuming and expensive. the application process was several hundred and thank god i lived in palm beach county because we went to riviera beach (when that office was still open). people who have to go to the miami office are hating it because there are so many people you have to get there way early (like 2 am) and wait and they come out and give out only so many tickets. if you don't get a ticket you aren't getting seen that day

This, look at the fucking Berlin wall, minefields, barb wire, machine gun nests, snipers and shoot to kill orders and people STILL got through, if they want to cross they'll cross, no fucking way you can stop all of them.

The other question is...who's going to have the ability to sue other than legislators? It's not like an illegal couple can take this issue to court. When they get caught they'll be told to GTFO.
