no he isn't, he's trying to get high. that is hardly bettering his life although from his perspective it might be very important
 
They don't but once the child is born in this country it has every right that you and I have. Citizenship is a birthright regardless of who your parents are.
 
No, the "Subjects of a foreign power" was meant to address foreign diplomats, etc. Not fucking immigrants. How exactly would you legislation someone's allegiance to a foreign power, unless they were agents of said state?

yeah it's a buncha shit ain't it? my wife was lucky she had me to help with the forms and although she already spoke english pretty well, she struggled with things like our condo association forms and her college papers. marrying an english major helped a lot
 
let's not lump all immigrants into the same container. there are people trying to come here to earn an honest living, people coming here looking to fuck over whomever they can and the parents smart enough to want their children to have a better life. i'll take some from column a, deport or kill those in column b, and applaude those in column c, alex
 
actually I don't care what they do with illegal immigrants, as long as they find a way to do it in a way that creates a better economy. lol

Yes. Illegal aliens are subject to a foreign power. In this particular case, it's Mexico for most of them. Since the parents are subject to a foreign power, so are the children.
