the he man film was good too..the one with dolph lundgren...masters of the universe (had to remember then name lol)..I can remember sitting down with my kiRAB to watch this when they were young and they didn't want to watch it and they loved it
Flight of Dragons
Hook
Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines
All the Herby films
Labyrinth
Legend
Star Wars
The Witches
Ghostbusters
For some bizarre reason - my younger brother and sisters (when they were between the ages of 4-8) love to watch The Rocky Horror Picture Show with me. They even used to dance to the Time Warp
My brother loved that Ewok film (not Return of the Jedi)
Some of these have made ME wanna take a week off work and re watch them!!
I miss being a kid when all you had to think about when you were ill is when your next bowl of ice cream was coming to make your throat feel better *dreams*
Mannequin...even if just for the animated scenes at the beginning, lol.
When I was about 7/8 and my brother was 6 we loved Charlie Chaplin's "The Avalanche" and "Angels with Dirty Faces" - an old gangster movie from the 1930's. Then again, we both grew up to be movie geeks
Other movies we loved:
Air Force One
The Brave Little Toaster
An American Tail
Who Framed Roger Rabbit
Beethoven
The Land Before Time
Jason and the Argonauts - oldie but goodie!
Home Alone 1 & 2
The Batman Movies
Drop Dead Fred
Pound Puppies: The Legend of Big Paw
LOL! I had to be taken out of the cinema when my Auntie took me to see The Wizard of Oz because the Wicked Witch of the West scared the living daylights out of me! Auntie wasn't best pleased as she loved the film!
PS This was during one of the many re-releases btw, not in 1939!
