Hi, I have a loan with welcome finance. They started to charge me shocking interest rates so much so that my monthly payments were not even covering the interest (surely thats against the law?)
I have been awarded from them around £5000. But unfortunately with having so much interest it has gone down as having arrears.
They have said that I have been awarded it but they are going to cover the arrears with it. Can they do this? If it has been awarded to me surely its up to me what I do with it isnt it?
Please advise, could really do with the money!
