I would be surprised if Avatar wins Oscar, just saying. :lol:

Anyways, yeah we should celebrate what we already have, GG awards that are meant for James Cameron and the movie. :nod: :love: I can't believe this very news, it's incredible feeling. :sigh:
 
This. She really hasn't gotten any credit for the incredible work she did with the character of Neytiri. It's too bad the motion capture technology is still so new and thus so misunderstood. She probably would've gotten more credit for her work as Neytiri if this wasn't the case.
 
Looks like the reviews just starting to come in are mostly very good. Can't wait to see this :D
 
Someone was telling me (don't know where they got their info) that Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana where signed on to do sequels for this movie is this release was a success. With the box office numbers its been bringing in we can safely say its a success. :lol:

However, like you, I'm wondering where could the story possibly go next? I guess more sky people could come, or a battle could start between the clans on Pandora or we could see the ramifications of the destruction the war did to the eco-system etc. But none of those scenarios sound interesting to me. I fear if they do a sequel its going undermine the greatness of the first.
 
Seeing as how this film took 10 years, I think it would be best if the sequel took 20. :lol:

I had been hearing about this movie ever since Star Trek was releasing coz Zoe Saldana was asked about this movie in her few interviews she did, wasnt that interested to check out the trailer but i saw it yesterday in cinema first time when i went to see Xmas Carol 3D, saw the trailer in 3D it looks great
 
I can't wait to see this movie and hope tickets will go on pre-sale soon :D

I saw a poster on the back of a bus the other day and I got excited :lol:
 
Saw the Avatar trailer today at the cinema, first time seeing it - i am intrigued about the movie now
 
I'm excited to see this movie. From the 20 minutes or so that I saw on Avatar Day in IMAX 3D, it's a visual masterpiece.
