What I agree with TS about is that unless you make a change and vote for who you actually want to see as a president, senator, congressman, local mayor etc. regardless of party affiliation, you will never change the current system. I believe the sooner that starts the better, and the more people that get behind it rather than voting for "the lesser of two evils" the sooner we can have a real change, and a real democracy.
Hell I'm against public funding for elections, but I would love to see a taxpayer money only funded election where anybody with a legitimate national party can have a candidate run for president, and they all get equal funding, and equal airtime in debates... just to see who the people would really vote for. My guess is it wouldn't be a republican or a democrat.
