In a sense, no. Here's my personal opinion: all possible universes exist, but only in an abstract mathematical sense. However, some of those possible universes have laws and conditions which allow the spontaneous appearance of self-awareness. To the self-aware being, only its particular reality is real because it cannot perceive any of the others, so in a sense perception creates reality, although there is a deeper reality which we cannot perceive directly but we can infer the existence of.

That's an unfounded assertion which is demonstrably untrue. The universe contained information long before there were thinking beings in it.
