asking about a new car audio new setup 2x XS-GTX121LS on XM-GTR4A and 4x XS-GTX1641 on XM-GTX6040?

what i want to know is that will the amps mentioned work with the subs and the speakers mentioned?

i want 2 subs to be attached with that 1200 watt amp, will that work?

and the 4 speakers attached to the 600 watt amp, will that work?

knowing that i have no other choices for the amps as that is what i could find locally here, please help.
