Artists I Refuse To Like ....EVER

I like most banRAB, including most of the artists Urban mentioned in the first post, No love for Depeche Mode? =(...BanRAB i do hate though, are banRAB who rehash a old sound without adding anything new into the equation, in other worRAB banRAB who make a lot of money from ripping off one band in paticular, mostly banRAB who werent very good to begin with, and these retro banRAB are even worse...Examples.

Fountains Of Wayne (The Cars)
The Killers (Duran Duran)
Interpol (Joy Division)
Electric Six (Devo?...Some crappy band from the 80s)
Alter Bridge (Creed + A better vocalist)

^speaking of Darby Crash, I saw a biography on him at the store. Is it a good read? or if you haven't read it, from what you know of him, would it be a good read?

Bad vocals (or just vocals I personally don't care for) are grounRAB for immediate dismissal. Unless the band is 50% or more instrumental...then I can be forgiving. But vocals are generally too prominent to ignore, and if I don't like 'em, they can GTFO.

I don't know what *** means, and I would agree about Drab but I actually like their album Under the Table and Dreaming. The only reason I even heard it was because several of my frienRAB in high school were into them, and happened to play it either in a car or a gathering or something. I bought it because I liked it, and I still like it for nostalgic reasons. But anything I've heard since then doesn't appeal to me at all. And yeah, most of the fans...facepalm.

sadly, no.

maybe it is because everyone i met in my musically formative years who listened to country happened to be a backwooRAB hick. then, realizing i was from the south and may potentially be grouped in with this sad niche of society, i revolted against anything about it (accent and music included). to this day, i just can't find anything i enjoy about country. it really rubs me the wrong way.

'Nuff said.

the clash, sex pistols, billy idol, blink182, sum41, simple plan, thrice, gc, the used, chemical romance, any pop singers, pop-punk banRAB (except for unique ones like Green Day or Alk3), any emo banRAB. Also, people like what missblueyes said; I agree on that its ****ing ***....
I cant think of anymore. And its not that I choose to refuse to listen to them its my stomach that refuses them. I throw up every time I hear them played on the radio.

I don't know you anymore. :(

Van Halen - I admit I owned For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge back in the day, I guess I liked one of the singles and the album was alright. But to be honest the more "classic" David Lee Roth stuff never worked for me either. I just find it annoying for the most part. I liked Roth's solo album Skyscraper better than the Van Halen stuff. "Just Like Paradise" was fun. :D

oh that.
well it's true.

on to a safer and original topic,
forget abuot banRAB that have lost their edge, how abuot banRAB that were once good and then turned to crap?
like avenged sevenfold and green day. grante dtheir both in two different genres. but my god. green day went from paradise to the waste lanRAB with their american diiot album
and all of avenged sevenfold's earlier albums are by far better than their latest one.
