Are you for a Constitutional Amendment banning burning the flag?

You have never been in the military..Your exactly the kind of guy I am talking about...........Come on non com means non combatent....ROTFLMAO......You would not make a pimple on a soldiers butt.......Your jealous of men who served their country in a support status....You disgust me........

Like I said many times if your so adament against people that support combat troops why don't you mosey down to you local American Legion or Fleet Reserve Association and express your disdain towarRAB them there......

Not gonna happen though because people like you are cowarRAB...They hide behind their monitor and spew their hate, but if they are asked to put up or shut up they shut up...........
 
You paint with too broad a brush. This Conservative doesn't want to see an amendment limiting free speech. And while we're at it, I think that it's unconstitutional to squash free speech outside of an abortion clinic through the use of the RICO statutes as well.

Your problem is you only think its a piece of cloth......A lot of Americans think much more of it....You don't understand that men have died defending it and you probably never will..........

If you are so adament about burning the American Flag why don't you take my advice and take one down to the front door of your local American legion or Fleet Reserve Assoc and desecrate one........You are very brave sitting behind your computer talking about desecrating it.............Would you have the courage to do it in front of a bunch of shipmates who fought to protect it?

Er. Burning a flag is an expression of freedom of speech.

Freedom of speech is [apparently] an aspect of being American.

That doesn't however make burning a flag an American thing to do.

OK, I apoligize, I meant around today, which is when you want to ban flag burning. I don't think there have been any flag burnings specifically against the military.
 
I wonder what might happen if some of the brave left wingers who love desecrating the American Flag tried to do it in front of a VFW, American Legion, or a Fleet Reserve Association post......

I have explained over and over again why I am against gay marriage and only a small portion of it deals with my belief system......

There are accidents on the beltway that cause more deaths than that, are you going to start a war over it?
Also, 17 died and that's bad so we attack them and cause more soldiers to die? If 17 is 17 to (should be too) many than why do we fight wars when way more than that die. We are not trivulizing any lives, or even trivializing them. I don't know the details but I just wanted to point out that 17 is not a lot considering the car accidents that can kill more than that.

#2. I don't know who you're writing this to but you can't assume that anyone reading this even likes Clinton, let alone that he is "their hero".

Also: Abortion is not murder. Murder is illegal, abortion is not. That's like someone killing someone in a car crash accidentally and calling it assasinating them. It's not just as abortion is not murder. Call it killing if you want, but it is not murder.

Also, I can play the same game, is nothing sacred to you other than killing people and denying people the right to their body and their right to marry someone? (Please don't respond to this as there is no substance to it, just propaganda just as your statement is. If you want to make such a statement and provide support I will debate you on it, but when you post such things as this attempting to sound smart, it backfires. You sound stupid (at least to me), spewing propaganda. You are no worse than the kiRAB who are taught to bash Bush just because it's the cool thing to do. Bad news for you guys that enjoy desecrating the flag.........The House of Representatives passed by a huge bi partisan majority of 286-130 and amendment to ban desecrating the flag so you better get out there and desecrate one while you can......

I am very proud of my military career.....I feel I served my country honorably and to the best of my ability and people like him will never bismrich that.......I Retired as and E8 a Senior Chief Storekeeper who missed many Christmas.....I missed my childrens birthdays, but you know what....I would do it all over again.i considered it a privilege to serve my country and if I was not to old I would volunteer tomorrow to support our brave troops in iraq......

It is pretty obvious by his own worRAB he has no clue as to what military life is like........If he did he would not insult and put people down who served in a support basis.....

I have fought for my country and you are no better than me. Why don't you enlist in the Army and show your true grit as a man. Duh. WorRAB without deeRAB are less than nothing to me.
