Are these good AFOQT practice test scores?

I'm not trying to be a pilot.

My practice test scores are:
Verbal 56
Arith 40
Word 80
Math 32
Instrument 70
Block counting 40
Table 70
Aviation 45
rotated 67
Science 70

This was my first try so some of the lower scores I'm going to study and hopefully improve. But I've heard that a 15 is passing, and 40's are average? Is the "15 and 40's" thing the actual score or the percentile that you're rated in?

Conor, I didn't say anything about the ASVAB, this question is about the AFOQT. And I'm NOT trying to be a pilot.

I'm already enlisted. I took the ASVAB years ago and got an 83 for the total combination, whatever they call it.

I have a 4 year degree, which is why I am going to boards, and taking the AFOQT in order to do so.

Please read the question next time!
