Are there any decent car audio head units made in the US?

I have a 96 Saturn SL, and it's entirely American made. I hella like American made stuff, but I can't find a head unit that's made here. There's a plethora of speakers and amps to choose from though... just no head units.
 
if you want an american head unit then ur gunna have to stick with the one you have, just look into a line output converter that you can connect the amp to, all this does is take the high frequency from one of the rear speakers and converts it to a low frequency for your amp
