Are some cultures inferior to others?

Well, I have thought about this many times and it seems that every culture has potential but they don't all use it. Either because of there beliefs or because of their up bringing.

Everyone poohs and dies the same, so no can be inferior to another unless they are distinctly a lesser life form. Seeing as all humans are genetically linked, have the same double helix and can procreate, then we are all equals.

It's interesting how white delight claims blacks are uneducated; yet she can't even write a complete sentence.

Please.... white people make money off the black gangsta whatever... They exploit them, so who is more evil? There's still more whites in this country and it's us who pay for the majority of the gangsta b.s. Seriously...
 
Depends on how you see it. I'd have to say yes, when it comes to human rights, equality, etc there are cultures that need to develop in love and wisdom.
 
I would say yes. It is obvious really, as some countries have very cruel cultures (re: bad human rights records)

Other cultures are still very primitive, some cultures are `cold` - and the dominant mood of some cultures is selfishness.
