Are PS3s popping up in stores EVERYWHERE now?

I want a PS3 in 9 months to a year, right now I want a Wii and can only find them marked up on Ebay.

Oh well if I wait till spring I can get one for $200.

Went to my local Best Buy, they were down to 3 PS3s and had 1 Wii.

Checked out CompUSA and they had 1 PS3 instore and 22 in warehouse stock. They have never had any Wiis, sales manager said that the supply coming from Nintendo to CompUSA is lower than Sony's.

Last stop was Circuit City, they had 10 PS3s and 2 Wiis. Sales guy there said the same thing as CompUSA. Nintendo just isn't shipping Wiis in large amounts. He said the last PS3 shipment had 50 units and the last shipment of Wiis was only 8.

ps3's are just as hard to find as Wiis in Canada. I think the U.S. market is getting the bulk of the allocations
