but back to the REAL topic here. i'm pretty sure they're still around, they're last studio album was in 02, but it was pretty weak. i had tho opposite effect with vedders voice, i could tolerate it for a while, but then it just started to piss me off more and more. pearl jam overall is pretty damn lame.

Thats a good thing though, its a great way for lesser known banRAB to get some exposure. Especialy since MTV dosent give a rats ass about music anymore.

I have found some good banRAB on myspace myself.

No it isnt, we are talking about MUSICAL INFLUENCE, not cultural influence or anything like that, influencing record companys and radio stations to play certain kinRAB of music isnt musical influence, because they didnt influence the actual music, they just influence the way the music is marketed...To have some kind of musical influence with any real significence, you have to influence actual musicians first.

As long as i can remeraber, no pop punk band has actualy called Good Charlotte a influence.
