sides of their cultures? Are most B/W couples teaching their kids to act culturally and see themselves as both Black and White, or is it mostly like before, where the kids saw themselves and act culturally as Black only?

Most of the ones ive seen raise their kids as citizens of the world but in my country depending i see both parents teach and try to give the kids the best of both worlds which is good it benefits the kids in the long run

they should just teach whatever cultures they have.. i mean anyone can be biracial. chinese/colombian.. a random example. then they'd just show them both sides of it. its not a big deal. if they are lighter then they are white, if they are darker, like Obama, they are black. But what color you are doesn't define what culture you have and stuff.

Yes i suppose so but don't automatically assume that black and white cultures are polar opposites. Culture might be seen as defined by your country as well as your race therefore there might be a sense of nationalistic culture that applies to everyone.

Of course, every race has a different culture but my opinion is it is up to the parents to begin this process but it is about the child's self discovery as much as anything. Read Barack Obama's book (if you haven't already) - brilliant and really details his discovery of himself when he travels back to Kenya.
