Are all amplifiers stable at 1 ohm?

I have two ALPINE SWR-1241D's 4 ohm DVC 300 watts rms,will be wired to 1 ohm. So I'm looking for an amp with at least 600W rms @ 1 ohm.

Will any amp be good to go if its 300W @ 2 ohm? therefore 600W @ 1?
 
no kicker amps are only 2 it says what ohms they can handle my amp is .5 stable =P
