Anyone able to get online changes on Bell

I am trying to change my programming on the b e l l .ca site but it says system is down. Been trying for a while.
Anyone else try recently?
 
Didn't try to make any changes lately on line, and we had o notification that there was a general problem with the system...

You can only upgrade or make a change fo the same value on line...it woudn't let you downgrade
 
I prefer to make the change online, that way I can see what channels I currently have and what channels I will lose when making the change. Its much easier to do it this way. Plus I don't have to wait on the phone for a CSR to do what I should be able to do by myself.:o
 
You think an error like this would ring a bell for someone. Guess not. I wound up having to call in my changes. And of coarse the CSR tried to upsell to me.:rolleyes:
 
Bell's website has been problematic for years. Besides being VEEERRRYYYY slow, they are only just beginning to catch up to the on-line commerce concept that's been around for years. It took them more than a full year to get me my first e-bill after I subscribed to it, and even then only after calling monthly to let them know it wasn't working, and I STILL got the paper bill for at least six months thereafter. As with most things within the Bell organizations, the left hand does not communicate with the right hand.
