Bell's website has been problematic for years. Besides being VEEERRRYYYY slow, they are only just beginning to catch up to the on-line commerce concept that's been around for years. It took them more than a full year to get me my first e-bill after I subscribed to it, and even then only after calling monthly to let them know it wasn't working, and I STILL got the paper bill for at least six months thereafter. As with most things within the Bell organizations, the left hand does not communicate with the right hand.
