i have a singer, she is 1 1/2 years old. i got her when she was 12 weeks old ( i didn't know what she was when i picked her up) i am having a problem with potty training. she is fantastic when its sunny and dry out ( i live in texas) but if it just rained and the grass is still wet, she refuses to go. she has gone a whole day without using the bathroom. she is that stubborn. she was on puppy pads for a few months when i first got her, but she never transitioned going outside all the time. singers are not your normal dog, you cant leave them out there and expect them to go, their stubborn nature kicks in, and if she doesn't want to go, she wont. any advise will be greatly appreciated. and yes she is legal to have, she is just difficult to train because of her personality. so if your just going to say that i shouldn't have her because she is rare, save your time. i love her to death, and im not getting rid of her.
anybody have experience training a new guinea singing dog?
