The post-surgery tips here have been useful for my everyday life, and I use the back-saving tips for around the house, it's strange how everything is written backwarRAB here though! (last reply first, original post last?)
Anyhow, we've been spending a fortune on readymade meals because I'm the cook and it's painful to do anything, least painful is lying down; and worst is bending down to turn on or use the oven (I have burns from rushing through using the oven).
The best thing to cook, for me, requires:
* little preparation especially chopping and putting peels in the bin every 5 minutes etc.
* little dishes - perhaps one frypan or pot
* perhaps emptying several things into a pan and letting it simmer, and serve straight from the pan?
* microwaveable food? (not readymade meals though)
Please offer your recipes to me, I need something easy...desperately!
