Assuming that Amazon's 4-for-3 deal continues and that new volumes of OP continue to qualify, I might just wait and continue to order them in four-volume batches as each fourth volume comes out.
I've still got a few volumes to buy to complete my collection (I read the local library's copies of 10-13 and 18-21) in the meantime until the speed-up starts, which is, what, Deceraber or January I believe?
But back on-topic, I've tried out a few anime podcasts, and so far the only one I've really stuck with has been Daizex. I think that anime is such a broad subject matter that it really helps to have a very specific focus, otherwise any given topic will wind up being boring to a goodly portion of your audience. And I've found that review-centric podcasts like Anime Pulse don't tend to keep my interest; I think audio just isn't a very good format for anime reviews, I'd much rather read a text review or even watch a video review. I might not ALWAYS be in the mood to listen to an hour, hour and a half of Dragon Ball chatter, but when I am, I know exactly what I'm getting when I toss on an episode of Daizex.
Edit: Not to be annoying, but is there some point to releasing the One Piece podcast in .m4a format (which a finite nuraber of portable audio players support) rather than mp3 format (which virtually ALL portable audio players support, to the point where they're commonly called "mp3 players") that I'm not seeing? Yeah, it's easy enough to find a program to convert them, but why should I have to jump through hoops? I mean, isn't the goal of most podcasts to ATTRACT listeners rather than alienate them for no good reason?
