Anglo-Saxon and Carolingian culture?

how does the Anglo-Saxon and Carolingian culture compare to each other? What makes them different? Such as art, literature, architecture, religion etc. Any help is appreciated.
 
Anglo-Saxons were primitives when Carolingian had a culture already. Anlgo-Saxons were pagans (Druids), lived in tribes and lived in what we know now as UK, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, lived in tents mostly, they were very primitives.
Carolingian had a nice architecture with pure simple lines, they lived in modern France and part of Germany, they were the origin of the French Royalty, starting with Pipino the Brief, was the father of Carlo Magnus, who gave the name of the dinasty.
