Still doesn't justify the cops actions. She was a doctor and was on the way to deliver a baby. He should have given her an escort.

urgency of child birth?

typical labor lasts 12 hours. she couldn't talk with the guy for 2 minutes?

I think it's pretty obvious to everyone why the general public doesn't like or trust cops.

translated: "Shit, a cop is saying he hears excuses all day long. Now my position looks stupid, so I'll discount what he's saying even though it's dead-nuts on the topic!"

1. decisioN ....... not decisionS.

2. if what L4zy hears on a daily basis holds no merit, then what this cop MAY HAVE done ONE TIME holds no merit either. You can't have it both ways.

And I'm 100% sure that at some point before she was taken to the station the officer was made aware she is an OBGYN and a mother was in labor. All the officer had to do was go inside and ask about such and such name and who their doctor was.

Of course you don't. You forgot to include you faggots love to change sides when something doesn't go your way.

I don't support killing babies, and that means I must support evading police if you're an obstetrician?

Pssst, your ignorance is showing. The major problems are when the baby isn't coming out .

notice "calendar days"

so they're going to take vacation, and the 7 days guy will lose maybe a day or two of pay, and the 30 day guy will lose a few more, but will make it up doing detail work (where he'll probably make more than his salary pay).

Urgency of the OBGYN being present, yes. Especially since, by your own argument, we dont know the detals.

Its very important for some pregnancies or just some mothers that their personal OBGYN be present.

The hospital doesn't do you any good when the physician you need isn't there.

I'm not arguing this part.
